A year-long experience for Portland-area pet parents who see the magic in everyday moments with their pets.

A Thoughtful, Creative Experience
This ambassador program is more than a series of photo sessions. It’s a chance to celebrate the bond you share with your pet while helping shape the creative direction of Jaime Mitchell Photography throughout 2026.
Together, we’ll create images that feel natural, personal, and lived-in — focused on connection, quiet moments, and the rhythms of everyday life. If you love your pet like family and find meaning in the small, in-between moments, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Receive
As a Pet Ambassador, you’ll receive:
A series of photo sessions throughout the year (approximately 3–5)
Five professionally edited images from each session
Sessions held in-home and at thoughtfully chosen locations
A mix of pet-only sessions and select sessions that include you and your pet together
The opportunity to take part in collaborative creative projects
Access to ambassador-only artwork and product offerings
Artwork and products are a meaningful part of this program, allowing us to explore new ideas and bring images to life in tangible, lasting ways.

Do our photos need to look a certain way to apply?
Not at all. I’m not looking for perfectly posed pets or polished homes. I’m drawn to real life, real connection, and pets being themselves. If you love the everyday moments you share with your pet, that’s what matters most.
There’s no expectation to perform — just show up as you are.

Open to pet parents near Portland, this program is intentionally small so we can take our time and create thoughtfully. Applications are reviewed with care to find the right fit.
Commitment
If selected, there is a one-time $75 commitment fee to reserve your place in the program. There are no additional session fees.

This program is a great fit for those who enjoy sharing their images and taking part in a thoughtful, collaborative creative experience.
All pets, personalities, ages, and quirks are welcome.
Q: What kind of families and pets are you looking for?
I’m looking for families who truly adore their pets - people who light up at their joyful energy, their gentle spirits, and the little quirks that make them who they are. Pets with big personalities, soft hearts, silly habits, or soulful eyes are all welcome. If your home feels fuller because of your pet’s presence, you’re the kind of family I’d love to work with.
Q: Does my pet need to behave a certain way?
Not at all. Whether your pet is playful, shy, curious, snuggly, chaotic, or calm, they belong. I tailor every session to your pet’s comfort level and natural rhythm.
Q: Can my pet be shy, senior, or special needs?
Absolutely. All personalities and abilities are welcome. My approach is gentle, patient, and fully adaptable to your pet’s needs.
Q: Can I apply if I have multiple pets?
Absolutely. Multi-pet households are always welcome.
Q: Can I apply if I’ve had a session with you before?
Yes! Past clients are absolutely welcome to apply.
Q: What does being an ambassador involve?
Ambassadors participate in 3–5 photo sessions throughout the year, collaborate on creative ideas, and share some of their images online. You’ll also help test new artwork and product offerings, contributing to the evolution of my work.
The experience is relaxed, collaborative, and designed to feel thoughtful and personal.
Q: Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions take place in your home, where your pet is comfortable - and at other thoughtfully chosen locations in the Portland area. Some sessions might be cozy and intimate; others might be creative, seasonal, or inspired directly by your ideas.
Q: Will I be in the photos too?
Yes - for a few sessions, I’ll be photographing you and your pet together. These moments don’t have to be posed or perfect; they’re simply about capturing your real connection. If you love the idea of being part of the story, you’ll feel right at home here.
Q: What do ambassadors receive?
Every ambassador gets:
3–5 lifestyle sessions throughout the year
A mix of in-home and on-location shoots
5 professionally edited images per session
Opportunities to collaborate on creative projects and influence the artistic direction of my business
Exclusive ambassador-only product pricing
A built-in opportunity to test new artwork and product offerings (with guidance from me!)
Priority access to special or experimental sessions
Q: Is there a cost to participate?
If selected, there is a one-time $75 commitment fee to secure your spot. There are no additional session fees throughout the year.
Because this is a collaborative, artwork-focused program, selecting a few pieces of artwork or products during the year is part of participation. Ambassadors receive special pricing and guidance throughout this process.
